Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

 

 

 

Shipment confirmation

Any issues with stock levels will be immediately communicated via email, including shipping delays.

 

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes

All parcels will need to have a physical delivery address.  Items cannot be delivered to a PO Box address and will delay orders.

 

 

Order tracking

Items are forwarded via Courier or Australia Post.  Once parcel has been packed tracking details will be notified.  If address is not in the Courier route, parcels will be delivered via Australia Post

 

Lost / Stolen / Missing Parcels

We are not responsible for any missing, lost or stolen parcels. This is out of our control and we are unable to replace goods.

Once parcels are collected the tracking system states that a parcel is delivered, then it is accepted as delivered. Those parcels lost, missing or stolen please contact your local post office first. Should you be unable to locate goods please open an enquiry to investigate the location of the parcel.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is received damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging and material with damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International shipping is available at checkout depending on your location.  International shipping rates will be applied at checkout.
All packages will be sent via STANDARD INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL with Australia Post.  Delivery times can vary depending on the receiving country.  Please allow 10-20 business days for international delivery (during peak periods this may be longer).
We are unable to provide tracking information, prior to any orders being sent we will require written confirmation the buyer is agreeable to proceed without a tracking number or items cannot be posted.
When parcels are sent without tracking details we cannot be responsible for missing, damaged or non-delivered parcels. We are unable to provide support with locating missing parcels without tracking information nor make claims concerning damaged goods on the buyer’s behalf. 

 

Customs and Duties (Orders outside Australian Territories)

The responsibility of customs, taxes and duties is at the cost of the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or ancillary charges.
Cost incurred in the shipment of the parcels are charged once the parcel arrives at the destination point.
A registered business is unable to ship international parcels as a ‘gift’ and all shipments must be declared as merchandise.
